He was predeceased by: his mother Grace O. Barrows; and his siblings, Darryl Barrows and Antoinette Barrows. He is survived by: his daughters, Kelly Barrows of Richmond, VA and Christine Barrows of Portland, OR; his siblings, Isabelle Morton (Barrows), Kimberly Barrows of Merritt Island, FL and Douglas Barrows (Dee Dutra Boston) of East Falmouth, MA; and his cousin Priscilla Bazilio of Sandwich, MA. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
