He is survived by: his children, Stephen, Jan (John Fitzpatrick), John (Lydia), Peter (Cynthia) and Beth Starosta Fox; his grandchildren, Hillary Fitzpatrick Peterson, Jake, Joseph Fitzpatrick, Hannah Fitzpatrick Hines, Annabelle, Nicholas, Claire Starosta, Henry, Theodore Starosta, Jack, Oliver and Charles Fox; and his great grandchild Lucia Fitzpatrick.
