He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ruth (Leonard); his children, David (Linda), Dale (Cheryl), Denis, Debra Sadoff and Diane Macdonald; and his grandchildren, Scott Macdonald, Megan Lang, Kelsey, Kerri Sadoff, Emily Schmit, David R Macdonald, Jessica Lawrence and Josh Burgess. He is also survived by 8 great grandchildren.
