She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph P. Ryan and Hazel Ryan; and her siblings, James Ryan and Francis Ryan. She is survived by: her husband Paul Sereno; and her children, Bernard Greene Jr. (Tracy Campion), Colleen Hamilton, Valerie Holt (Francis Doody) and Michael Greene. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
She also donated hand knit beanies to the first responders in New York City after 9/11.
