He was predeceased by: his parents, Judge C. Edward and Von Dy Rowe (Satrowsky); and his daughter Dana Rowe. He is survived by: his wife Roberta Rowe (Sidman) of Falmouth; his children, Christopher Rowe (Heather) and Deane Rowe Cole; his stepchildren, Scott Anderson (Susie), Mitchell Anderson (Kathleen), Heidi Haley (Jeff), Ingrid White (William) and Gretchen Foster (Alex); and his sister Atty Janet Rowe Dugan. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren.
