He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Karen S. Kenney (Brelsford); his parents, Joseph P. Kenney, Sr. and Gertrude Kenney; his children, Joseph P. Kenney III and Lauren Graham of Naugatuck; and his sister Sandra Kenney of Vineyard Haven. He was also cherished by 3 grandchildren.
