He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. John Lee, Sr. and Anne Lee (MacAuliffe). He is survived by: his wife Deborah Lee (Wamboldt); his siblings, Deborah Lee, Marie Winner (James), Barbara Mitchell (Mark), Nancy Senior (Stephen), Kathryn Muse (Peter) and William Lee (Annemarie); and his stepchildren, Jennifer Chalifoux, Matthew and Michael Figuerido. He is also survived by two grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
