He was predeceased by: his parents, John A. Kelley and Dorothy Kelley (Callahan). He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his children, Dr. Karin Sloan (Mark), Michael Kelley (Rachel) and Kristin Kelley; his grandchildren, Meghan, Ryan, Anna and Evan; and his siblings, William Kelley, Teresa Kelley and Marie Leuchte (Paul). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and dear friends.
