He was predeceased by: his parents, Caesar Barrows and Amelia Barrows (Lestao); his siblings, Alice M. Graves, David M. and Manuel M. Barrows; and his grandson Jared M. Andrade.

He is survived by: his wife Gloria L. Barrows (Schuyler); his children, Kristina Andrade (Kevin), Michael Barrows (Nancy) and Darren Barrows; his grandchildren, Kristian Andrade (Stephanie), Taylor, Michael Jr. and Olivia Barrows; and his great grandchildren, Halle, Caelyn and Jillian.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Isaac's name may be made to the Cape Cod Seventh Day Adventist Church, Osterville, MA.
