She was predeceased by: her father Herbert J. Clark; her brother Daniel H. Clark; and her daughter Anna Adams. She is survived by: her mother Martha L. Clark of Medford, MA; her husband Dr. Michael P. Adams of Falmouth, MA; her children, Michael P. Adams Jr. of Saint Albans, VT, Jessica C. Adams of Falmouth, MA and Joseph T. Adams of Falmouth, MA; and her granddaughter Iris E. Adams of Saint Albans, VT. She is also survived by eight siblings, twenty-seven nieces and nephews, and many great nieces and nephews.
