He was predeceased by: his brothers, William Woods and Bernard Woods; and his son Brian Shawn Woods. He is survived by: his parents, William Woods and Mary Woods (Boland); his wife Eileen; and his sons, Edward J. Woods (Theresa) of Easton, MA and John Woods (Danielle) of Raynham, MA. He is also survived by grandchildren or "the light of his life" Brenna, Maggie, Jack, and Ellie; as well as many friends.
