He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Rubin and Matilda Lewitsky Rubin; and his brother Richard S. Rubin. He is survived by: his children, Jonathan (Sheryl), Pam (Russ Seligman) and Lisa (David Antoine); his grandchildren, Micah and Carly Rubin; his children, Teddy, Jamie Seligman, Danny, Jared and Kayla Antoine; and his sisters-in-law, Barbara Frogel Rippa and Wendy Alpert Rubin. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests donations to Congregation Agudath Achim (jewishtaunton.com) in David's memory.
