He is survived by: his friend Chip; his parents, Phyllis Salyards (Pearce) and Charles Salyards; his wife Wende; his children, Kylie, Logan, Paityn, Cole and Trent; his mother-in-law Joan Page; his siblings-in-law, Daryl Page and Andrea Page; his nephews, Brady and Brandon Page; his uncles, John Salyards and Joe Ruffo; his aunt Jeanne Pearce; and his cousins, Christopher, Eric, Danny Pearce, Mark, Joe Ruffo and Joanne Proctor. He is also survived by his family, friends.
