He is survived by: his children, Robert J. Bouchard (Maryann) of Medfield, Nancy E. Bouchard of Fort Meyers Beach, FL, David J. Bouchard (Karen) of Columbus, OH, Jane E. Bouchard of Falmouth and Carol A. Bouchard (Glenn Barb) of Greenwood, IN; his sister-in-law Jacqueline Finn of Worcester; and his grandchildren, Alessandra, Theodore, Madeline, Patrick, Gabrielle and Caroline Bouchard. He is also survived by several nephews and nieces.
