He is survived by: his wife Dorothy C. Faria (Moniz); his children, Maureen L. Frazier, Lynne M. Cusack and Anthony Faria, Jr. of East Falmouth, MA.; his grandchildren, Trea, Kelsey, Kayla, Tara and Anthony James; and his great grandchildren, Shaela, Laney, Ellie, Mason, Kenzie, Owen, Quinn, Cole and Emersyn. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
