She was predeceased by: her parents, Eladio Velazquez and Marta Ortiz; and her son Jorge Antonio Flores. She is survived by: her children, Maria Flores of Fall River, Juan J. Flores of Fall River and Moises Flores (Christina) of Fall River; her brothers, Modesto Nuñez of Puerto Rico, Luis Velazquez of Puerto Rico and Jose Velazquez of New York; her grandchildren, Erik Flores, Rafael Flores, Jonathan Flores, Destini Flores, Jorge Flores, Derek Flores, Jadiel Flores, Adrian Flores and Yomiah Flores; and her great grandchildren, Amiyah Flores and Romeo Flores. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
