He was predeceased by: his parents, Emery Medeiros Gomes and Mary T. Gomes (Cabral). He is survived by: his brothers, Emery M. Gomes, Jr. (Phyllis) of Fall River and Andrew P. Gomes of Fall River; and his godson Emery M. Gomes.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM at the Silva-Faria Funeral Home (730 Bedford St, Fall River, MA 02720). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at 9:30 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Anthony of Padua Church (730 Bedford St, Fall River, MA 02720).
