He was predeceased by: his mother Laurie Schmidt (Rodrigues). He is survived by: his father George R. Schmidt; his children, Bree A. Schmidt (Matthew Frias) of Fall River, Scott P. Schmidt Jr. of Fall River, Kaiden Schmidt of Fall River and Serenity Schmidt of Fall River; his grandchildren, Jayce Paiva and Noah Prescott; and his pet Mya.
