He is survived by: his children, Tim Hurd (Amy Hurd) of South Carolina, Ronald LaForest Jr. of Fall River, Daniel LaForest (Nicole Carvalho) of North Dartmouth, Cynthia LaForest of Assonet, Christopher LaForest (Jessica Smith) of Fall River and Crystal LaForest (Kevin Cashman) of Fall River; his grandchildren, Anthony LaForest, Jayden Cashman, Dylan LaForest, Shane LaForest and Kiva Cashman; and his siblings, Lorraine Machado, Donna Mae, Chester and Eugene "Whitey" LaForest. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
