He is survived by: his wife Elaine Bernier Ballard; his children, Carolyn Beattie and William Ballard; his grandsons, Derek Ouellette and Jonathan Ouellette; his great grandchildren, Marisa Botelho Alzaibak, Avery Ouellette and Niko Ouellette; and his stepsons, Gregory and Scott O'Brien.
