It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard H. Messier (Fall River, Massachusetts), born in Pawtucket, Rhode Island, who passed away on September 9, 2024, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Messier and Rita Messier (Gregory). He is survived by: his wife Sandra Miguel; his sister Patricia M. Watson (Douglas) of Harwhich, MA; and his nieces, Sarah Watson of Waltham and Julia Watson of Ottowa, Canada..
