She was predeceased by: her husband Jose of Aguiar Farias; her parents, João Pacheco and Maria Teresa (Pavão) of Miranda; and her siblings, João Luis Miranda, Conceição Pacheco, Lourdes Arruda and Ines Miranda.
She is survived by: her children, Jose Antonio Miranda Farias (Connie) of New Bedford, Manuel Miranda Farias (Cecilia) of Fall River, João Miranda Farias (Marina) of New Bedford, David Miranda Farias (Claudia) of Acushnet, Fatima Miranda Farias of Fall River and Maria; and her siblings, Manuel Antonio Miranda of Westport, Eduarda Borges of Fall River and Olivia Borges of Fall River. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
