He is survived by: his children, Carlos A. Miranda (late Rosa) of Fall River and Maria Isabel Miranda of Pawtucket; his granddaughter Vanessa Hart (Jameson) of Swansea; and his siblings, Margarida Dumas of Fall River, Lucilia Rego of Fall River, Clara Viveiros of Fall River and John Miranda of Fall River. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
