He was predeceased by: his wife Margaret Moreira (Cabral); his parents, Joao Moreira and Maria Moreira (Cordeiro); his son Michael Moreira; and his siblings, Dimas Moreira, Maria Viveiros, Helen Perreira and Mariana Pedro.
He is survived by: his sisters, Maria Cabral of Tiverton, RI and Hilda Viveiros of Fall River; his granddaughter Melinda Cabral; and his great grandchild Autumn Rose Cabral. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
