She was predeceased by: her husband Frank P. Lewis; her parents, Manuel Costa and Rosa Costa (Medeiros); and her siblings, Manuel Costa, Almerinda Sousa, Catarina Costa, Americo Costa and Olive Domingos.
She is survived by: her sons, Frank "Todd" Lewis of Fall River and Kevin Lewis (Grace) of Swansea; her grandchildren, Mandy Johnson, Tyler Lewis (Maxeem), Shawn Lewis, Ryan Lewis (Hollyanne) and Christopher Lewis; and her great grandchild Evan Johnson. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
