He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph R. Frazer Sr. and Irene Frazer (McMann); his daughter Holly Cadrin; and his sister Irene Herring. He is survived by: his daughter Christie Fernandes; his son-in-law Adam Cadrin; his sisters, Lillian Moniz and Cynthia Martin; and his grandchildren, Ryan Frazer (Jasmine Matos), Alexis Frazer (Merley Nunez) and Sophia Cadrin.
