He was predeceased by: his wife Kathryn G. Boulay (Rostron); and his parents, Joseph X. R. Boulay and Merina Boulay (Thibault). He is survived by: his children, Deborah Pelletier (late Richard) of Fall River and Kevin Boulay (Susan) of Tiverton; his grandchildren, Christine Southgate (C. Scott), Austin and Kelsey Boulay; and his siblings, George E. Boulay, Marie Rita Bonnoyer and Lina Fontes. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Auclair Funeral Home (690 S Main St, Fall River, MA 02721). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Theresa Church (265 Stafford Rd, Tiverton, RI 02878). A burial was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at the St. Patrick's Cemetery (2233 Robeson St, Fall River, MA 02720).
