He was predeceased by: his parents, Fernando C. Mota and Olinda Mota (Moniz). He is survived by: his children, Deborah Mota of Madeira Beach, Christopher Mota (Victoria) of Fall River, Kevin Mota (Julie Hitch) of Fall River and Joey Mota of Swansea; his siblings, Manuel Mota of Swansea and Natalia Silva of Westport; and his grandchildren, Tristan, Jasiah of Engracia, RJ and Julianna. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
