He is survived by: his mother Theresa Gilda Vaz; his children, Lexie Marie Gifford-Vaz, Eternity, Jesse James Gifford-Vaz, Makhi Gifford, James, Jacob, Haylee and Jahzelle; his siblings, James Vaz, Georgina Vaz, Christina Vaz and John Vaz; his grandchildren, Jaelee and Khileesi; and his nephew Josh. He is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
