He was predeceased by: his parents, Antonio Luongo and Elizabeth Luongo (Hughes) of Gardner's Neck Road; and his sibling Atty. He is survived by: his wife Joan Rita Luongo (Fielding); his sister Elizabeth Neutz of Norfolk, VA; his granddaughters, Abigail M. Fielding and Brittany J. Lavoie (Kyle); and his great grandchildren, Avery and Zachary. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
