Leverone (Chad) of Sandwich, MA.; his brothers, Paul Campisano (Maryann), Tom Campisano (Debbie) and Bob Campisano (Wanda) of Mansfield, MA.; his grandchildren, Gabriella Campisano, Austin Leverone and Liviana Leverone; his niece Adrienne Campisano; and his nephew Will Campisano (Gina).
