He was predeceased by: his parents, John Joseph Flavin and Caroline A. Flavin (Nelson); and his siblings, Robert F. Flavin, Mary Walsh, Anna Rawley and John J. Flavin.
He is survived by: his niece Carol A. Cahill (Kevin) of Foxboro; and his caregiver Bert J. Barao (Dawn) of Fall River. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
