She was predeceased by: her husband Jose L. Da Silva; her parents, Joao Marcelino and Maria Marcelino (Carreiro); and her siblings, Joao Marcelino, Marceline Carreiro, Maria Salgado, Angela Ciombra, Irondina Rodrigues and Amelia Catarina.
She is survived by: her children, Alda Menezes (Luis) of Fall River, Joseph Da Silva (Connie) of Westport, Louis Da Silva (Grace) of Swansea and Robert Da Silva (Tereza DeMedeiros) of Westport; her grandchildren, Lori, Rodney, Christopher, Kimberly, Kelly, Joyce, Jennifer, Jason, Kendra, Timothy, Kevin, Katelyn, Corey and Nicole; her sister Natalia Marcelino; and her sister-in-law Alda Casmiro. She is also survived by great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Silva-Faria Funeral Home (730 Bedford St, Fall River, MA 02720). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 3rd 2024 at 9:00 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, December 3rd 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Anthony of Padua Church (48 16th St, Fall River, MA 02723).
