Hilda Barboza Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 2, 2024, Hilda Barboza of Fall River, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Hilda shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Hilda farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her husband Arthur Barboza; her parents, John Medeiros and Mary Medeiros (Pontes); her great grandchild Alazea Vasconcellos; and her siblings, Edward Medeiros, Ernest Medeiros and Albertina DeCosta.
She is survived by: her children, Anna Rioux (Thomas) of Westport and Dennis J. Vasconcellos of Florida; and her sister Evelyn Travers of Tiverton. She is also survived by her seven grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, and many great-great grandchildren.
