He is survived by: his children, David of Sao Paulo, Henry of Sao Paulo, Sandra of Sao Paulo, Fernando Rodrigues of Sao Paulo and Alex Beara Rodrigues of Orlando, FL; his wife Anica Beara of Florida; and his sister Leonilda Gomes of Fall River. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
