He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilbert Borges and Dorothy Borges (Tavares). He is survived by: his children, Lisa Riley (Michael), Victoria Mills, John Mills, Trevor Borges (Jana) and Chad Borges; his sister Gail Amaral (Allan); and his grandchildren, April Riley and Noah Mills. He is also survived by several cousins and nephews.
