She was predeceased by: her husband Michael F. Souza; her parents, Joseph Pacheco and Agnes Pacheco (Botelho); and her brothers, Leonard Charles, Jeffrey Pacheco, Joseph Pacheco and John Pacheco.
She is survived by: her sons, Kevin M. Souza (Christine) of Swansea and Thomas D. Souza of Fall River; her grandchildren, Andrew Souza (Kasey), Adam Souza (Tyler), Aaron Souza and Larissa Souza (Jordan Camara); her great grandchild Noelle Souza; and her siblings, Thomas, James Pacheco and Joyce Cabral. She is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
