She was predeceased by: her husband Manuel Pereira; her parents, Manuel Fernandez and Eva Fernandez (Vasconcellos); her son Kevin Fernandes; and her siblings, Manuel Fernandez, Ronald Fernandes, Thomas Fernandes and Joaquim Fernandes.
She is survived by: her siblings, Elaine Medeiros, Michael Fernandes, Ruth Fernandes and David Fernandes; her grandchildren, Alicia, Joshua and Jenna Fernandes; her great grandchildren, Arianna, Aaliyah, Ava and Jayson Chase; her daughter-in-law Brenda Fernandes; her goddaughter Shannon Fernandes; her niece Kimberly Fernandes; and her nephew David Fernandes. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
