She was predeceased by: her parents, Manuel Almeida and Rosella Almeida; and her brother Richard Almeida (Bette Almeida). She is survived by: her children, Sandra Ettress (Kenneth), Michael Correira (Linda) and Robin Desrosiers (Kevin); her grandchildren, Amanda and Matthew Alves; her great grandchildren, Sophie Rose Alves and Kaine Michael Thomas; her sibling Claude Almeida (Barbara Almeida); and her niece Lori Almeida.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 16th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Auclair Funeral Home (690 S Main St, Fall River, MA 02721). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 17th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, September 17th 2024 at the Notre Dame Cemetery (1540 Stafford Rd, Fall River, MA 02721).
