Delfina Borges Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Delfina Borges of Fall River, Massachusetts, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 7, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Joao Borges; and her siblings, Manuel Albernaz, Antonio Albernaz, Maria (Gloria Miranda) and Frank Albernaz.
She is survived by: her children, John Borges (Theresa), Anna Cabral (Greg) and Michael Borges (Carol); her sister Margarida Torres; her grandchildren, Scott Borges, Branden Borges, David Borges, Cody Borges, Andrew Cabral and Paige Borges; and her great grandchildren, Noah and Carter. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Silva-Faria Funeral Home (730 Bedford St, Fall River, MA 02720). A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Michael's Church (730 Bedford St, Fall River, MA 02720).
