He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles, Sr. Boulay and Marianna Boulay of Fall River, Massachusetts.. He was also cherished by wife and beloved children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, one brother, two sisters, cousins, and many nieces and nephews.
A funeral Mass was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the Our Lady of Lourdes Church (130 Main St, Carver, MA 02330).
