We are sad to announce that on November 29, 2024, Carmelia L. Thompson of Fall River, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Harold Thompson; her parents, Antonio Machado and Natalie Machado (Da Luz); her son Paul J. Thompson; and her brothers, Mauricio Machado and Alcidio Machado.
She is survived by: her children, Vivian M. Levesque (late Daniel) of Dartmouth, Peter P. Thompson (Debra) of Fall River and Robert J. Thompson (Kimberly) of Fall River; her grandchildren, Shawn Levesque, Craig Thompson, Joshua Thompson, Chad Thompson, Jacob Levesque, Corey Thompson and Caitlyn Bacon Thompson; and her great grandchildren, Cash Thompson, Savannah Levesque, Elleigh Thompson and Maverick Levesque. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Oliveira Family Funeral Homes & Cremation Service (2064 S Main St, Fall River, MA 02724). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
