He is survived by: his parents, Teresa Silva of Paz and Alberto Paz Medina; his children, Aleksandra Paz of Fall River and Devin Paz of Fall River; his siblings, Arturo Rocha Silva of California, Teresa Paz Silva (Jose Luis Uribe) of Mexico and Francisca; his nieces, Leticia Medina Paz and Erica Cecilia Gonzalez; his nephew Jose Luis Medina Paz; and his girlfriend Sandra Santos of Fall River.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 5th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Boule Funeral Home (615 Broadway, Fall River, MA 02724).
