She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Jacinto Primo Moniz and Diamantina Medeiros Moniz; her children, Ida Arruda, Carlos Carvalho and Laudalina Carvalho; her stepchildren, John Carvalho, Ana Pimental and Lurdes Saraiva; and her children, Alice Pimental, Antonio, Duarte, Fernando, Angelo and Jose Carvalho. She was also cherished by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
