He is survived by: his children, Brian Slowik of Fairhaven, Melinda St. Jean of Westport and Melissa Southrey (Brian) of Galloway, NJ; his grandchildren, Brian and Amber Southrey; his great grandchildren, Shawn, Justin St. Jean, Ava Grace and Brian Southrey; his great great grandchild Jamie St. Jean; his grandchild Jody St. Jean; and his brothers, William, Frank and Freddy Slowik. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
