He was predeceased by: his wife Norma Kercado; his parent Angel Benique; and his sibling Hernan Benique. He is survived by: his mother Maria J. Ruiz of Lakeland, Florida; his children, Thalia A. Benique of Fairhaven, Odilio Benique, Jr. of Fairhaven, José M. Benique of Fairhaven and Heaven F. Benique of Fairhaven; and his siblings, Juan Emilio Lopez, Angel Luis Benique, José Benique, Marisol Benique, Edgardo Benique and Wanda Benique. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 29th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Aubertine-Lopes Funeral Home & Cremation (129 Allen St, New Bedford, MA 02740). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
