Nora B. Ferreira Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Nora B. Ferreira of Fairhaven, Massachusetts, born in Acushnet, Massachusetts, who passed away on May 8, 2022. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Nora B. Ferreira to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her husband Edwin Ferreira; her parents, Serafin Borges and Maria Borges (Souza); and her son-in-law Harold Wood. She is survived by: her children, Truda A. Wood of Lakeville and Wayne E. Ferreira (Ingrid Nadeau) of Acushnet; and her grandchildren, Melissa Buell (Jonathan Marks) and Jarret Ferreira (Katie Williams-Ferreira). She is also survived by four great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
The family would like to thank the staff of Our Lady's Haven for the wonderful care given to Nora over her time there and would like to encourage memorial donation to be made in her name to Our Lady's Haven, 71 Center St., Fairhaven, MA 02719 or an animal shelter of your choice.
