He was predeceased by: his wife Lisa Bellavance (Bellavance). He is survived by: his parents, Richard R. Bellavance and Yvette S. Bellavance (Laliberte) of North Attleboro; his children, Jenny Bellavance of Fairhaven, Michael Bellavance of Franklin, Richard Bellavance of Fall River and Josh Bellavance of Fairhaven; his grandchildren, Aiden, Joseph, Alexander, Aubrie, Emma, Sophie and Alice; and his siblings, Kevin Bellavance, Mark Bellavance of Blackstone, David Bellavance of Woonsocket, RI and Deborah Bellavance of Milford. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins as well as two step children and seven step grandchildren.
