LaFountain of Fairhaven, Chelsea Lyn LaFountain (Charles Quinn, III) of Dartmouth and Sasha-Rae LaFountain (Tyler DeMello) of Fairhaven; his grandchildren, Aidan, Jameson, Cassidy, Chanse, Hayden, Delaine, Aubrey, Jackson and Raelyn; and his siblings, Stanley LaFountain of Fairhaven, Darrah Crowley of Little Compton, RI and Tee Swass of Tiverton, RI. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
