She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerhardus VanNiekerk and Susanna VanNiekerk (Engelbrecht); her husband James Redruth Vigus; her daughter Tracy Vigus Wall; and her siblings, Villam, Gert, Sue of South Africa and Julie of South Africa.
She is survived by: her sons, Gareth Vigus (Andrea) of Dartmouth and Gavin Vigus of Ogden, Utah; her grandchildren, Whitney, Matthew Wall of Utah, Brenden, Rebecca, Kaeli, Benjamin Vigus of Massachusetts and Ansom Vigus of Utah; and her great grandchildren, Jaiden Vigus Santos, Kristiana Santos, Noah Vigus Shea and Noella DeMarco of Massachusetts.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the McDougal Funeral Home (4330 S Redwood Rd, Taylorsville, UT 84123). A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Redwood Memorial (6500 S Redwood Rd, Salt Lake City, UT 84118).
